Oh no! If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to modify your address. Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@iminit.com for assistance.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify or add to orders once they have been placed.

We do our best to get each order perfect, but we understand that mistakes can occur. If you receive the incorrect item(s), please contact Customer Service within 7 business days of delivery.

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to customerservice@iminit.com with your information and we will be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 60-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

Domestic 

You have 30 days from delivery date to return. Products must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached

Outbound shipping fees from your original order are not refundable to original form of payment, however, a full refund can be issued for returns made for store credit.

We do not cover the cost of return labels for unwanted items. We highly recommend using a trackable service, as iminit is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses.

International

Customers are responsible for international return shipping, as well as any reverse customs/duties. If you choose to return, the items must be sent back within 30 days unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached

You may ship using any carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a trackable service, as iminit is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages

One your package is shipped, inform customer service with the tracking number so we can help you track your package if needed.

Holiday Return Policy 

We provide a special return policy for items purchased during the holidays. For items purchased from October 15th through December 25th of a given calendar year, the return date is extended out to January 31st of the following calendar year.

Once your order has been cancelled or your return has been received by our Returns Department, please allow 7 to 10 business days for funds to appear back to the original form of payment.

Our jewelry is 14k gold or rhodium plated over brass. All jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. In order to keep your jewelry looking brand new, avoid contact with cleansers, soaps, lotions, perfumes, sunscreens, and other liquids. Remember to remove jewelry before you exercise, swim, or shower, and remove rings when applying hand sanitizers.

To polish your jewelry, gently wipe clean with a dry microfiber cloth and store with care.

The quickest way to be notified that an item is back in stock is to submit your email to the “notify me” section on the item’s product page. You can also follow us on social media @jaclynroxanne for product launch and restock updates.

Please be aware that limited-edition items/collections will not be restocked.
